Our History

Founder

Los Ruizenores is a hidden gem, hidden humbly at the feet of the hills in the San Fernando Valley. It’s the place locals go for authentic Mexican Cuisine.

The late Don Rodolfo Ruiz is a testament to the American Dream. In 1998, Don Rodolfo opened up Ruizenores Carniceria, which has since expanded into a full service restaurant and catering. He is greatly missed by family and customers alike.

Still, he lives on through the values, traditions and recipes passed down to the next generation.
